Affiliation terms and conditions

1.1 The Reviewer, can earn cash bonuses of £100 GBP when directly referred customer makes a Qualifying Purchase using the Reviewer’s Unique Promotional code and complies with the WAU Terms of service.

1.2 Directly referred customers must use reviewer’s unique promotional code and make a qualifying purchase to qualify as a successful referral. Each successful referral, where the directly referred customer has made a Qualifying Purchase, the referrer will receive a £100 cash bonus from WAU.

1.3 Qualifying purchases

Qualifying Purchase is defined as when your directly referred customer purchases a new flagship product (WAU X smart-e-bike). Referred bike orders must not be cancelled within 14 days from the initial payment transfer and/or must not be cancelled within 14 days from the day of receiving the flagship Product to qualify for the reward. The Qualifying Purchase must be paid for via the WAU platform (www.waubike.com), the directly referred customer must purchase a new WAU X Bike before the referrer can receive £100 cash bonus. A normal purchase (a purchase without the referrer’s unique promotional code) will not be considered a Qualifying Purchase, and therefore no Referral Cash Bonus will be earned if the purchase is cancelled at any time.

1.4 Time limit
This affiliation program will in agreed time* from the date of posting the video live on social media platform/s. The reviewer can continue to earn cash bonuses for every successful referral until the termination date. 

*Please check the agreement signed for specific time limit. 

1.5 Payment schedule

Referral payment will be made on the last day of each month. Payment will be transferred via bank transfer.
